BOOKINGS: To book an appointment a NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE deposit is required. The balance is due on the day of.

CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your appointment or training, the deposit will NOT be refunded (NO Exceptions).

RESCHEDULING: For trainings, a 72hr notice is required in order to reschedule a class. If you need to reschedule within 72hr notice a new deposit fee will be required.

For appointments, a 24hr notice is required for rescheduling. If you need to reschedule within 24hr notice a new deposit fee will be required.

LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time. All appointments will be given a 10 minute grace period. If you’re late more than 10 minutes, there will be a $20 late fee. If you do not wish to pay the late fee, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will NOT be refunded.

NO kids/guests allowed.
